Collection: Light Roast

Lightly roasted beans are roasted at a much lower temperature between 350--400 degrees which creates a denser bean with more inside moisture keeping the original coffee bean characteristics. Light roasted coffee beans contain the most acidity of the three roasts but has the lightest body flavor creating a natural fruity, nutty, aroma taste that is irresistible.
